I ate a bowl of Cheerios with some Semi-Skimmed Milk and a portion of Red Grapes for breakfast.

My day started with a standard breakfast of Cheerios with 120ml of Semi-Skimmed Milk and was swiftly followed by a handful of Red and White Grapes.

I then did my exercises, in which I did 3 Sets of 10 Repetitions.

A change of cereal started today with a bowl of Cheerios with 120ml of Semi-Skimmed Milk.

I then got down to business with my exercises which consisted of:

  • Dumbbell Lunges
  • Single Leg Deadlifts
  • Thrusters

Once again my day started with a bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with 120ml of Semi-Skimmed Milk as well as 1 raw Carrot.

The exercises that I did today included:

  • Push Ups
  • Sits Ups
  • Air Cycling (for 30 Seconds)

I did these exercises 10 times each excluding the Air Cycling and then repeated the routine another 5 times with a 1 Minute rest between each set.

Having woken up late for trip out, I rushed a breakfast of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with 120ml of Semi-Skimmed Milk.
